Day 01:
Airport – Negombo
Arrival at Colombo international airport, meet, assist and transfer to Negombo. Rest and relax at the hotel. If time permits we leave for city tour in Negombo.

Day 02:
Yapahuwa – Aukana – Anuradhapura
Having taken breakfast at the hotel leave for Sacred city f Anuradhapura (WHS). En route visit Yapahuwa fortress (1272 AD – 1284 AD) and Aukana statue of Buddha ( 05th Century , 12M. High). Check in to the hotel. Late afternoon – Visit sacred city of Anuradhapura. Ancient Buddhist shrines, temples, renovated ancient stupas.

Day 03:
Sigiriya – Polonnaruwa – Habarana
After having breakfast at the hotel we leave for the lion rock citadel Sigiriya ( 479 AD – 496 AD).Climb 200 Meters to get to the summit of Sigiriya fortress.
After visit Sigiriya leave on a sightseeing tour of Polonnaruwa ( 846 AD –1302 AD) the great Singhalese kingdom.
Drive back to Habarana for overnight .

Day 04:
Dambulla – Kandy
Having taken breakfast at the hotel leave for Golden rock temple , Dambulla ( 76 BC – 1778 AD- WHS) , home to hundreds of beautiful statues and fine murals.
Thereafter we leave for Kandy the Royal city (1469 AD – 1815 AD).
En route visit spice garden and Hindu temple. Check in to the hotel.
Late afternoon – visit temple of the tooth relic of Buddha and thereafter witness traditional cultural show.

Day 05:
Pinnawela – Kandy
After the breakfast leave for Pinnawela elephant orphanage.
Afternoon – Sightseeing tour in Kandy.
Visit – Peradeniya Royal botanical gardens, Market place, Arts and Crafts center, Kandy Lake , Upper lake drive view point , university premises by the side of Mahaveli River.
Over night – Kandy

Day 06:
Nuwara Eliya
After having breakfast we leave for Nuwara Eliya ( Central highlands , Little England) .
En route – visit tea plantation and factory ( Plucking , processing and packing) .
Sightseeing tour in Nueara Eliya town – Market place , Golf course , Race course , The Hill club and drive around the hill station viewing Gregory lake.

Day 07:
Tissamaharama - Yala National Park
After the breakfast leave for Tissamaharama. It is a long drive.
Check into the hotel.
Evening – Visit Yala national park for safari by private jeep.

Day 08:
Mirissa
After having breakfast we leave for Mirissa beach. En route stop at Tangalle beach for a break.
Rest and relax at the beach.
